There are 3 types of unlockable in Poker Night at the Inventory: Tables, Decks and Team Fortress 2 Items
Tables
A new table design is unlocked for every game won except for multiples of three. Some also provide a cosmetic bonus effect, marked with a parentheses with the particular effect.

To unlock the tables in Poker Night 2 you must collect enough inventroy tokens and then just purchase them.

Decks
A new design of cards is unlocked for every three games won.
The following decks are available in Poker Night at the Inventory:
- The Inventory
- Team Fortress 2
- Homestar Runner
- Sam & Max
- Penny Arcade
- Poker Night
- Grickle
- Poker Night Alt.
To unlock the decks in Poker Night 2 you must collect enough inventory tokens and then just purchase them.
The following decks are available in Poker Night 2:

- Sam & Max 25th Anniversary
- The Venture Bros.
- Army of Darkness (120 tokens)
- Portal (240 tokens)

Chips
Different chip designs are only available in Poker Night 2, like others, you have to get enough inventory tokens to purchase these.

Special Unlockables
In Poker Night at the Inventory, the characters will sometiems place one of these items instead of money, which gives The Player a chance of winning them to be used in-game.
Team Fortress 2 items:
- Max - Lugermorph (Pistol Replacement for Scout & Engineer) & License to Maim (Misc. Item for All Classes)
- Strong Bad - Dangeresque Too? Shades (Misc. Item for Demoman)
- Heavy - Iron Curtain (Minigun Replacement for Heavy)
- Tycho - Enthusiast's Timepiece (Invis Watch Replacement for Spy)
In Poker Night 2, the host will give the player 3 random challenges, if the player completes all the challenges then on the next tournament the Host will ask for one of the characters (including GLaDoS) to place their bounty item. To claim the bounty item The Player will have to win the tournament, if The Player doesn't wint the tournament then on the next tournament the Host will ask for the bounty item again, until The Player eventually wins.
