There are 3 types of unlockables in Poker Night at the Inventory: Tables, Decks and Team Fortress 2 items.
Although, there are 4 types of unlockables in Poker Night 2: Tables, Decks, Chips and Special Unlockables (Bounty Items)
Tables[]
A new table design is unlocked for every game won except for multiples of three. Some also provide a cosmetic bonus effect, marked with a parentheses with the particular effect.

Decks[]
A new design of cards is unlocked for every three games won.
The following decks are available in Poker Night at the Inventory:

To unlock the decks in Poker Night 2 you must collect enough inventory tokens and then purchase them.

- The Venture Bros. (70 tokens)
- Army of Darkness (120 tokens)

Different chip designs are only available in Poker Night 2, like others, you have to get enough inventory tokens to purchase these.

Special Unlockables (Bounty Items)[]
In Poker Night at the Inventory, the characters will sometimes place one of these items instead of money, which gives The Player a chance of winning the item.
Team Fortress 2 items:
- Max - Lugermorph (Stock Pistol reskin for Scout & Engineer) & License to Maim (Misc. Item for All Classes)
- Strong Bad - Dangeresque Too? Shades (Misc. Item for Demoman)
- Heavy - Iron Curtain (Stock Minigun reskin for Heavy)
- Tycho - Enthusiast's Timepiece (Stock Invis Watch reskin for Spy)
In Poker Night 2, the host will give the player 3 random challenges, if the player completes all the challenges then on the next tournament the Host will ask for one of the characters (excluding GLaDOS) to place their bounty item. To claim the bounty item The Player will have to win the tournament, if The Player doesn't win the tournament then on the next tournament the Host will ask for the bounty item again, until The Player eventually wins. For GLaDOS to place her bounty item, The Player must first win the other 4 items.
